CTR vs CPC vs CPM
CTR vs CPC vs CPM
CTR (Click-Through Rate): This measures the number of clicks an ad receives as a percentage of the number of times the ad is shown (impressions). A higher CTR indicates that the ad is more effective at attracting clicks.
CPC (Cost-Per-Click): This measures the amount of revenue earned for each click on an ad. A higher CPC indicates that the ad is more valuable to the advertiser and therefore earns more revenue for the publisher.
CPM (Cost-Per-Thousand Impressions): This measures the amount of revenue earned for every 1,000 impressions of an ad. A higher CPM indicates that the ad is more valuable to the advertiser and therefore earns more revenue for the publisher.
