With the ZipGo app, you can

  • View all the routes that ZipGo serves.
  • View the timings of buses on your chosen route.
  • View seat availability and reserve a seat on a bus.
  • Track the bus movement in real-time in the app.

A ride can be taken in 3 easy steps

  • Enter the location from where you want to board the bus and the destination point. (We’ll suggest the nearest pickup and drop points as per your location)
  • View the timing and seat availability for all the buses on that route.
  • Book a seat on a selected bus and get the bus details.

Once you booked a seat, you can track the bus movement in real-time. The ETAs are also updated in real-time.

After reaching the pickup point, just hop on-board and show your boarding pass to the ZipGo staff.

  1. Bookings are available on first come first serve basis
  2. Bookings via the Unlimited Pass are valid across all routes in the stated cities
  3. The Unlimited Pass is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of activation
  4. The Unlimited passes are non-refundable, non-transferable & cannot be extended under any circumstances (including holidays mentioned)
  5. Buses are operational between Monday to Friday (excluding national holidays, public holidays, festival days, natural or artificial disruption)
  6. Standard cancellation fee (Rs. 29) is applicable on cancellation of the ride. This will be deducted from the real wallet money.
  7. Pass purchased from a city can be utilized in the same city only. Post-purchase profile changes are not applicable
  8. As per fair usage policy, the user can take a max of 50 rides during the validity period
  9. As per fair usage policy, 3 consecutive no-shows (not boarded rides) will lead to suspension of pass
  10. A breach in fair usage policy can result in termination of unlimited pass without monetary refund or any validity extensions of any kind
  11. The Unlimited pass is a limited period offer and cannot be purchased with ZipGo credits
  12. ZipGo reserves the right to amend/ withdraw the offer, T&C, route, time, stop for all or select consumers without prior notice
